Advanced Hypnotherapy

"Remember always that you are unique (...)"

— Milton Erickson

Did you know that only about 10% of your mind is conscious? This means a significant portion of your thoughts, behaviours, and decisions are influenced by the subconscious mind. This may help you to understand why you feel trapped by self-limiting thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

Hypnotherapy is a method that helps you access and utilise the power of your subconscious. It allows you to address the root causes of unwanted behaviours, addictions, or illnesses that might be holding you back from reaching your full potential. I have experienced different types of Hypnotherapy myself and until I found the one that helped me most and I have made many changes in my life. Then I trained this method with one of the best hypnotherapists from one of the countries. I utilise mind, emotions, body and other tools tailored to your needs.

What are the benefits?

Extremely effective

Research conducted by Dr. Alfred Bariosa and conducted by American Health Magazine (February 2007) confirmed the effectiveness of hypnosis, which is as much as 93%.

Calm the mind

Reduce anxiety, stress, and depression.

Ease pain

Manage chronic pain and improve sleep.

Safe

Hypnotherapy is a safe experience, completely natural, because it takes place during the work of alpha and theta brain waves. During this work, we have control over the process.

Experience results

Compared to other therapies, hypnotherapy gives ‘’fast’’ results. 3 to 5 sessions are enough to feel a visible change (subject to the complexity, needs and issue to address)

Conquer fears

Overcome phobias and negative habits.

Boost well-being

Enhance self-esteem, focus, and even healing.

And much more
