I have experienced different types of Hypnotherapy myself and until I found the one that helped me most and I have made many changes in my life. Then I trained this method with one of the best hypnotherapists from one of the countries. I utilise mind, emotions, body and other tools tailored to your needs.

What can I expect during the session?

Before the Session
  • Intake Form: You may be asked to fill in a form about your background, goals for therapy, and any medical conditions you have.

During the Session

  • Consultation: We will discuss your concerns and desired outcomes and tailor the session more to your needs. I will explain the process of hypnotherapy and answer any questions you may have.

  • I will guide you through relaxation techniques (so called induction) tailored to your preferences to help you enter a calm, receptive state and you feel safe.

  •  direct suggestions that are made to the subconscious mind

  • We may use regression and or will offer positive suggestions tailored to your specific goals. These suggestions are designed to influence your subconscious mind and promote positive change.

  • I will utilise mind, body, emotions and other techniques tailored to your needs.

  • You will not be unconscious during hypnotherapy. You will likely remain aware of your surroundings throughout the session.

After the Session
  • Debriefing: You will have a chance to discuss your experience and ask any further questions.

  • Home Practice: I may record for some session personalised recording to practise at home and reinforce the positive changes from the session.

How long are sessions?

Advanced Hypnotherapy sessions are 2h long each.
